Location 1: In Front of the Gathering Hall
One of the first locations at Dry Creek Gatherings is right in front of the gathering hall. Dry Creek’s gathering hall is unique in its architectural features and displays charming elegance from the first glance. 
You’ll immediately notice the beautiful entryway doors, wooden and arched in a way that is sure to create an enchanting border through the lens of a camera. The doors are surrounded by beautiful stone features and wooden beams that lend complimentary angles and style to your photographs. Consider taking both close and far away shots to highlight the effervescent couple and the unparalleled architecture. 

Location 2: The Ceremony Gazebo
Moving through the venue we find the ceremony gazebo, which is next to a tranquil lakeside, making for beautiful water images. A well-maintained path leads the way to the stunning gazebo, where, on the big day, you will find up to 250 guests comfortably seated. The gazebo is surrounded by a forest of trees with some wrapped in twinkle lights to provide that romantic glow. 
Both day time and evening photos would be prime in this location, as the day hours collect light from the lake while evening light allows for the twinkle lights to shine through.  

Location 3: Cedar and Rock 
In the rear of the venue, you’ll find cedar shakes and rock enhancements that will immediately add a quaint, intimate atmosphere. Imagine couples being captured sharing love and hopes for the future in front of a gorgeous rock chimney with exquisite windows and wooden shakes. 
Taking photos outside gives photographers the opportunity to utilize natural lighting, which can fluctuate throughout the day to give different ambiance. Midday light tends to be brighter and highlight contrast, while golden hour light is softer with a warmer glow. 
Location 4: Inside the Venue
Inside the venue, luxury meets southern charm in our gathering hall. High ceilings with intricate wooden beam detailing hovers above an elegant hall full of the same rock enhancements and special features. The gathering hall offers timeless ambiance to really showcase the love between bride and groom, with a warm tone and touches of greenery throughout. 
Location 5: Grassy wooded area
The grassy wooded area surrounding the venue is another excellent option for engagement photos. The luminous forest provides an earthy back drop that can symbolize growth of love and staying grounded in marriage. Photos of the happy couple nestled in an enchanting wooded sanctuary will be memorable for years to come (and will make for great wall décor!)

Our venue rental prices range from $4,500 for weekdays to $8,500 for Saturdays. We offer weekday hourly rates for intimate events.

A 25% retainer is required to book your event. Up to 12 monthly payments can be scheduled for your convenience. Totals must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event.

At a minimum, a Month-of-Coordinator is required for your event. We want to make sure you and all involved enjoy your day without the need to worry about all the moving parts of an event day!

Day-of Event Insurance is required and is due 30 days prior to your event.
Additionally a $500 Damage & Compliance Deposit is collected 2 weeks prior and will be returned within 10 business days if no damages occurred and all the rules were followed.

Your exit should be by no later than 11 pm to allow a full hour for breakdown. Vendors and guests are to be off-property by 12:00 am.

We provide 10 (8ft) Farmhouse tables and 1 (6ft) table that must be incorporated into your floor plan as they cannot be removed from the reception space. Additionally, we have 25 (60”) round tables, 3 (6ft) rectangular tables, and 6 (8ft) rectangular tables available for your use.

Absolutely! We are pleased to have an open vendor policy. Caterer’s will be required to share their certificate of insurance and food handlers permit. We kindly ask that other vendors providing services and products be insured as well.

All alcoholic beverages served or consumed at Dry Creek Gatherings must be supplied and served by Dry Creek Gathering’s exclusive beverage vendor. No Outside Alcohol is Allowed.

Yes! Guests can leave their vehicles overnight but they must be by noon the next day.

Yes we do! If you or your fiance are active military, current educators, or practicing medical professionals, we are pleased to offer a $500 discount.
